Refund & Returns Policy-

1. Return / refund eligibility:

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery providing:

The items are unused, unopened and in original packaging (where applicable), and have not been installed, cut, stained or altered in any way. 

Proof of purchase is shown (receipt or confirmation order).

2. Damaged / faulty items:

If your items arrives damaged or defective:

If you are present when our delivery driver is delivering items and you notice a damaged / defective item please tell our driver, this will speed up the refund / return process.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing damages / defects with order number and date of delivery.

We will assess the issue and arrange either a replacement, exchange or refund accordingly. 

3. Change of mind returns:

If you decide to change your mind, you may return eligible items at your own shipping costs. We charge a 20% restocking charge on all returns to cover handling and inspection. 

Once we have assessed we will issue a refund. 

4. Refund process:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. 

Any shipping fees are non-refundable. 

5. How to claim a refund:

Please use our 'contact us' page for any refunds, returns, exchanges or any other queries. 

6. Exceptions:

Composite decking is made from a blend of wood fibres and recycled materials such as plastic, as such slight colour variations and texture differences between boards can and will occur; we do not consider this to be a fault and is the nature of the product. 

Timber sizes are nominal only and is the size before the timber is planed and treated. A tolerance of 5-7mm is common in timber and not considered a fault.
