This is a typical example of what you would need to build a 3 metre by 3 metre decked area. Build your frame (making sure you space joists 400mm rather than the usual 600mm for timber decking), use excess timber for noggins (very important) then lay your deck! Once you've done that, sit back and relax on your stunning new decked area.
